Refunds

If you receive a defective product or the wrong size for your order, you will receive the correct one/be refunded :)

Returns

All sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please contact us.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to return an item for a size swap/refund, please reach out to info@kikillopieces.com.

Take note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping fee of the replacement for size swap requests.
